Good lord, twice I went through my County Hospital DVD on fast-forward - I was sure it was this, kept going through the cut-pants scenes, but I just couldn't get a match with Ollie looking to his right like that.

I won't sleep until I check again a wee bit later :D

Okay, I did a recheck, I couldn't find that scene at all, and not one scene with the 3 actors in the same frame.

Were there different edits of this film?

Check out the mirror reflection in Mr Halls' image, and a screen shot from the DVD I have:

Perhaps my DVD is skipping frames - what is the video counter of the image with the 3 men in the frame?
