Lois Neilson in "Monsieur Don't Care"?

I came across this still of Stan in the 1924 film, "Monsieur Don't Care". I noticed that the lady at the top looks a lot like Stan's first wife, Lois. Does anyone know if this is her?

Lois appeared in Stan's comedy Do You Love Your Wife? (1919) but I haven't heard that she was in the cast of Monsieur Don't Care. Is there anything written about it in Rob Stone's book?
Stan: "Do you mind if I smoke?"

I've read (I believe in Bram Reijnhoudt's book "De Solojaren") that it was actually Joe Rock who introduced Stan to Lois and vice versa.
If Joe Rock knew Lois, and considering Joe Rock is the producer of Monsieur don't Care, it's quite possible that Lois Neilson appeared/had a small role in one or more of the Stan Laurel Comedies.
Couldn't we show this picture to Lois Laurel (Stan's daughter)? She'd recognise her mother for sure.

I was watching Stan's 1925 short film, "Half a Man", and again saw a woman I thought could look quite a bit like Lois. Here is a screen capture:
She is to the far right. I believe this movie was made after Stan started dating Lois.
